Hello,
we buy resource Argento theme Swissup, I cannot contact with author, and looks like is not possible install/run this resource. Im working with magento for seven years and this I not understant. I try install in all way, and everytime pass and dont work.

1) First test: I create new folder in public_html/vendor/swissup and upload here all this modules and change name like in composer.json:
