I should have more balance in my account but it's showing $0 balance.
I purchased 40 credits and only downloaded one file which costs 10 credits. I'm supposed to have 30 credits remaining but it's showing $0 balance.
Could this please be looked into urgently?
There is a file that I urgently need to download, but I'm unable to because the balance on my account if off balance!
