    PHP 8.x breaks 3.10 site

I finally got my J!3.10 to upgrade to php7.4 and even to php8. But it was not easy and something broke Joomla when I finally upgraded to J!4. In order to do this, you have to make sure that you are using the latest version / last version released for J!3. Some developers made sure that their...

    Anyone using Joomla

Joomla has a really high learning curve. Which is why more people probably use WordPress. Unfortunately Joomla's upgrades over the years haven't exactly been the smoothest which hasn't helped. I'm sure if you have any questions people here would be more than willing to try and help you out.

    PHP 8.x breaks 3.10 site

You are doing better than I am if you are running J!3.10.12 on php7.4. I'm running on php7.2 and when I try and update to 7.4 I get an error message without any details. Mosets Tree

Thank you so much for sharing this. I was wondering two things. The first, do you have a changelog on this? The second do you have any older versions like 3.10.9 or higher? I'm not quite ready to upgrade to Joomla 4, but I'm inching closer. Thanks for your time.

    Community Rules

Yes, I agree. I used to a member of another site, sadly this site is no longer online, that had extremely similar rules. Which you'd think would be common sense but it seems like someone people need to be reminded of what is acceptable and what is not.
